We’re looking for a Senior Video & Motion Designer to help bring Krisp’s story and products to life through high-quality video content, with a strong focus on supporting both major product launches and smaller feature releases. You’ll create videos for LinkedIn, X, and in-product use combining product walkthroughs, animations, stock video, AI-generated content and voiceovers to produce compelling narratives that communicate Krisp’s technology, impact and values.

This is a hands-on creative role that blends video editing, motion design, and storytelling. You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to support product launches and brand communication across multiple channels and business lines.

• Produce engaging short-form videos for LinkedIn, X and in-product use combining product walkthroughs, animations, and storytelling.
• Support product and marketing teams with video content for both smaller feature releases and major product launches.
• Translate product features into clear, visual narratives that highlight real use cases and value.
• Record, edit, and animate product UI flows, screen captures, and voiceovers to create polished product demos.
• Enhance videos with advanced animation, subtle motion effects, and transitions that make the content feel polished and modern.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, Midjourney) to streamline scripting, animation, and editing.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape creative direction and messaging for each video.
• Maintain brand consistency across motion graphics, titles, visual styles and the company’s defined visual identify.
• Manage timelines and deliver high-quality, platform-optimized video assets on schedule.

• 5+ years of experience in video editing, motion design, and creative storytelling within tech, SaaS, or AI-focused companies.
• Proven ability to plan, produce, and deliver complete video projects end-to-end with minimal direction.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product-focused and social-first video content.
• Proficiency in design/production tools such as After Effects and Adobe Premiere, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop along with experience using AI-driven platforms like Runway, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, or Synthesia.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling and how to make complex product experiences simple, human, and memorable.
• Excellent sense of pacing, composition, and attention to detail in animation and editing.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating closely with marketing and product teams.
• Curiosity about AI, creativity, and the evolving role of video in product-led marketing.
