We’re hiring one person to lead our self served Voice API platform. We’re open to either a Product Manager or an Engineering Manager — what we care about is that you have a real engineering background and you can run a product like an owner.

Krisp builds the best voice AI in the world. Our noise cancellation runs inside millions of meetings every day. Our voice translation covers 63 languages and beats everything on the market. Used by Fortune 500 contact centers, top airlines, and global SaaS leaders.

Now we’re opening it all up as a self-serve Voice API — Voice Translation, Voice Isolation, STT, TTS, and more — so any developer can drop best-in-class voice intelligence into their product over coffee.

We need the person who will own that platform end-to-end.

You’ll own:

• The full self-serve developer journey: signup → first API call → first dollar → scale.
• The platform itself — how Voice Translation, Voice Isolation, STT, TTS, and future products feel like one clean API.
• Developer experience — docs, SDKs, sandbox, dashboards, error messages, all of it.
• Pricing and packaging — usage-based tiers, bundles, free credits, the self-serve → enterprise on-ramp.
• The roadmap — balancing what the data says, what your top 20 customers say, and where the models are going.
• Working across engineering, research, growth, sales, and support.

• An engineering background is a must. You’ve either shipped code at a serious level (and now do product), or you’ve led engineering teams and want to own product too.
• 5+ years total, including 2+ on a developer-facing or API product with self-serve / PLG.
• You’ve moved an activation or conversion metric a lot, and can explain exactly how you did it.
• You can hold a multi-product platform in your head and still ship clean, simple things.
• You read API specs for fun. You write specs developers can build from.
• You’re numerate. SQL, experiments, dashboards — your tools, not someone else’s job.
• You’ve shipped pricing changes and lived with the results.
• Bonus: voice, speech, real-time media, or AI infra. Bigger bonus: you’ve built a developer community.
