As an Account Executive at Krisp, you will own a book of medium and large business customers, both inbound and outbound, and partner closely with Customer Success and Marketing to grow it. You are joining at a pivotal moment in our journey, and your impact will be measured by how well you accept challenges and execute a strong sales strategy.

This is an Armenia-based role with direct, daily exposure to our international customer base. You will run sales conversations end-to-end in English with global accounts, which means the runway for growth in this role is significant for someone willing to put in the work and thrive in an international startup environment.

Working hours

To align with our international customers and prospects, this role operates on an evening shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM Armenia time. Candidates must be comfortable and able to support these working hours on a daily and normal basis, Monday through Friday.

What you'll do
  • Manage and expand Krisp’s book of medium- and large-business accounts.
  • Build and run an outbound sales motion within the commercial segment to generate your own pipeline.
  • Own inbound opportunities in the commercial segment from first touch through close.
  • Act as the “quarterback” for your accounts, keeping Sales, Growth, Customer Success, and Customer Engineering aligned on shared goals.
  • Develop and execute expansion strategies across your accounts, including renewal-time expansion plays.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to safeguard account health and surface new strategic relationships inside target accounts.
  • Build net new relationships from inbound leads that can be leveraged for future expansion.
  • Take meetings and calls with international customers and prospects during the assigned evening/night shift.
  • Work closely with Sales and Growth leadership to expand Krisp’s footprint across APAC specifically.

What we are looking for
  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales closing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or a comparable technology environment, with a track record in the mid-market segment.
  • Fluent professional English (written and spoken). You will run discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and written customer communication entirely in English with international stakeholders. Other European languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work the evening shift (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM Armenia time) consistently, to support international customers and interface with the US-based Sales Team.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate your own pipeline, not reliant on inbound leads or an SDR team.
  • Working familiarity with the contact center / BPO and customer-experience space — you don’t need a deep CC/BPO background, but you should understand the industry well enough to hold credible conversations with operations and IT buyers (or learn quickly).
  • Strong external and internal communication skills: clear writing, correct grammar and formatting, and the ability to build trust quickly over live calls, chat, and email.
  • Project-management instincts — you can articulate a deal cycle, sequence stakeholders, and drive momentum across multi-threaded mid-market and enterprise deals.
  • Strategic thinking about accounts: you can map an organization, identify expansion paths, and tailor your message to different levels of the hierarchy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, even when processes are not fully defined
  • Cross-cultural communication skills and the maturity to operate effectively with international customers.
  • Accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline hygiene.
  • Strong technical skills with an ability to communicate technical information legibly and clearly.

Bonus Experience

  • Prior experience selling into BPOs, contact centers, or CX/operations teams.
  • Experience selling AI, voice, communications, or productivity SaaS products.
  • Experience working with international customers.
