We’re proud to share that Krisp has been named Disruptive Technology of the Year at the CCW Excellence Awards 2026.

The award was presented at the CCW Excellence Awards Gala in Las Vegas on June 23, an evening dedicated to honoring the companies and leaders raising the bar for the customer contact profession. To be recognized in this category, alongside some of the most innovative teams in the industry, means a great deal to us.

The Disruptive Technology of the Year category honors technology that changes how contact centers operate by replacing older processes with something better, faster, and more measurable. That matters because innovation should not just sound impressive on a conference stage. It should make daily work easier for the people behind every customer conversation.

For years, we’ve believed that the best customer experiences start with voice. Voice is where trust is built, problems get solved, and agents do some of their most important work. It is also where small moments can make a big difference: a clearer conversation, a faster answer, a customer who feels understood, an agent who feels supported instead of stretched thin.
