As a Senior Director of Telco & Carrier Partnerships at Krisp, you will lead our strategic business development efforts across the telecommunications ecosystem. Your mission is to establish and grow partnerships with telecom operators, network infrastructure providers, and enterprise communications vendors that accelerate the adoption of Krisp’s Voice AI technologies through embedded, white-label, and licensing opportunities.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to shape Krisp’s telecommunications partnership strategy, navigate complex carrier procurement processes, and drive strategic partnerships from initial engagement through technical validation, commercial negotiations, and long-term agreements. Leveraging your deep industry expertise and established network, you will play a key role in expanding Krisp’s presence across carrier ecosystems, communications infrastructure, and enterprise voice platforms.

What you'll do
  • Own and execute Krisp’s telecommunications partnerships strategy, identifying and securing strategic relationships with telecom operators, network infrastructure providers, communications technology vendors, and adjacent ecosystem partners.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that enable telecom and communications providers to embed Krisp’s Voice AI technologies through licensing, OEM, and white-label business models.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with telecom operators, carrier partners, network equipment vendors, and enterprise communications providers.
  • Lead complex partnership opportunities from initial engagement through technical validation, interoperability reviews, commercial negotiations, and long-term agreement execution.
  • Drive initiatives supporting carrier-grade deployments, partnering with internal teams to address interoperability, security, compliance, and deployment requirements.
  • Strengthen and expand existing strategic partnerships while identifying new opportunities to grow Krisp’s presence across the telecommunications ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to shape partnership strategy, influence product direction, and ensure successful partner launches.
  • Represent Krisp at telecommunications and industry events, serving as a trusted ambassador within the carrier and enterprise communications ecosystem.
  • Build, manage, and accurately forecast a healthy strategic partnership pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward long-term business objectives.
  • Evaluate partnership models, commercial frameworks, and go-to-market strategies that support Krisp’s continued expansion across telecom and carrier markets.
What we are looking for
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliances within the telecommunications, carrier, UCaaS, CPaaS, networking, or communications infrastructure industries.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing strategic partnerships, OEM, white-label, licensing, or technology agreements with telecom operators, network infrastructure providers, or enterprise communications vendors.
  • Strong understanding of telecom ecosystems, carrier technologies, voice infrastructure, APIs, SDKs, embedded software, and enterprise communications solutions.
  • Existing network and established relationships with telecom operators, network equipment vendors, communications platforms, or adjacent ecosystem partners.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence executive stakeholders, commercial leaders, and technical decision-makers.
  • Experience leading complex partnership opportunities through carrier procurement processes, interoperability certifications, technical evaluations, commercial negotiations, and long-term expansion.
  • Comfortable managing multiple high-value strategic opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly self-driven, with the ability to build and scale new partnership channels from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to bring enterprise-grade partnerships and integrations to market.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
