Our SDKs power cutting-edge applications across meeting assistants, contact centers, embedded devices and cloud services. As we scale into new GTM motions and enterprise segments, we’re looking for a senior product leader to own the Voice AI SDK product line end-to-end.

The Role

As Senior Product Manager for the Voice AI SDK, you will own the full product lifecycle for all SDK offerings. You will be the voice of the customer, the partner to engineering and design teams, and the go-to product lead for market, GTM, and developer ecosystem. This is a high-visibility role that bridges technical depth, customer engagement, and commercial strategy.

This role will report directly to the CEO.

What you'll do
  • Own the roadmap and go-to-market strategy for our Voice AI SDK portfolio (client-SDKs, server APIs, embedded, cloud).
  • Work closely with engineering to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality SDKs and tools that enable developers to integrate voice capabilities easily.
  • Engage directly with strategic customers (developers, enterprises, OEMs, SIs) — understand their workflows, pain-points, integration challenges and help craft compelling solutions.
  • Present and speak at conferences, developer events, webinars, and other forums — evangelizing Krisp’s voice-AI SDK, building community, and generating demand.
  • Partner with GTM teams (sales, solutions engineering, marketing) to define packaging, pricing, positioning, and launch plans; support sales cycles by articulating the SDK value proposition, differentiators and use-cases.
  • Track key product metrics (developer adoption, integration success, retention, revenue contribution) and iterate the product and roadmap accordingly.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering, UX, docs, developer relations, QA, marketing, business development — ensuring on-time delivery and effective launches.
  • Stay on top of voice/AI/SDK market trends, competitive landscape, developer ecosystem shifts, and emerging technologies — and translate them into actionable product opportunities.
What we are looking for
  • 5+ years of product management experience building technical developer-platform/SDK infrastructure or voice/AI/communications products (or equivalent mix of product + engineering + customer experience).
  • Strong technical background (hands-on or deep understanding) in voice/AI, communications, SDKs, APIs — you’re comfortable discussing architecture, integration patterns, performance constraints and developer workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with customers (developers, engineering leads, enterprise buyers) to drive product adoption, solving integration challenges and achieving product-market fit.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter — comfortable on stage, in front of customers, at conferences, webinars, with developer communities and executive stakeholders.
  • GTM mindset: you’re not just about building great products — you understand packaging, pricing, positioning, launch, and how the product drives business outcomes.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrix teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Passion for developer experience, APIs, SDK usability, and making complex technology simple and accessible.
  • Bonus: experience in voice/telephony/agent-assist/contact-center markets; embedded/edge voice processing; voice AI turn-taking models.
