Senior Channel Manager

As a Senior Channel Manager in this fast-growing organization, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing a portfolio of channel partners across the Technology Advisor ecosystem. You will ultimately be responsible for generating pipeline growth for the company and your channel partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong SaaS and/or technology background of direct sales and channel partner development. You must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with prospects at a wide range of organizations and working hand-in-hand with channel partners to generate new business.

What you'll do
  • Supporting Technology Advisor ecosystem including referral partners and technology consultants
  • Drive engagement, pipeline and ultimately revenue through Krisp partnerships
  • Understand and internalize the Krisp vision, solution set, product roadmap, and go-to-market activities and effectively communicate these to partner constituents
  • Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to identify high value opportunities and create partner enablement content
  • Prepare tailored presentation materials and conduct presentations/demos to accelerate partner acquisition and retention
  • Attend industry events to represent Krisp and engage with partners and prospects.

What we are looking for
  • Experience working in CX, CCaaS or AI
  • 4+ years working in SaaS/technology sales role
  • Proven track record developing and managing partnerships, including navigating complex organizations, onboarding partners, and optimizing ongoing relationships
  • Experience working with referral partners and their TSDs (Avant, Intelisys, Telarus and/or Bridgepointe)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate persuasively to internal and partner executives
  • Highly organized self-starter who runs toward opportunities
  • Creative and critical thinker
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
