We’re hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to lead that mission. This is a leadership role, but at Krisp leadership means hands-on execution: you’ll go deep into the details, build the plan, run the experiments, and scale what works into world-class, repeatable operations.
You’ll own and evolve our growth engine across established channels that already work — SEO/GEO, affiliate marketing, partner marketing, and paid acquisition — and you’ll build our next major growth pillar: influencer marketing, from strategy to full-scale execution. We’re looking for someone who combines strong growth judgment with an operator’s mindset: fast learning cycles, high standards, and relentless focus on measurable impact.
This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial growth leader (startup background a plus) who wants to help scale a category-defining product and set the bar for how modern voice AI reaches the world.
