Can existing Krisp users switch to a Business or higher plan without losing data?
Yes. When you upgrade, your transcripts, recordings, and workspace settings stay in place. Krisp was designed so that scaling from Pro to Business or Enterprise is seamless, without any migration work.
In Krisp Meeting Assistant, what is considered a seat and who needs a paid license?
A seat equals one teammate with access to Krisp’s Voice AI features. Every user gets their own storage and transcription history under your workspace.
Can I mix different plan types in one workspace?
Yes. In Krisp you can create multiple teams inside one workspace, and each team can be on a different plan. For example, one team might use Business while another uses Pro, all under the same workspace umbrella. This gives larger organizations flexibility to match the right plan to the right group without needing separate accounts.
Is there a Krisp Meeting Assistant plan for noise cancellation only?
No separate plan, because Noise Cancellation is built into every Krisp plan. You can disable the Meeting Assistant if you only want Krisp for clean audio. This way, you always have flexibility without needing a second subscription.
What payment methods does Krisp Meeting Assistant accept?
Krisp supports major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and more). Invoices available for Enterprise. Contact your account executive for setup.
What is counted as a seat?
Any teammate you added in your Krisp team would be counted as a seat. If you are on paid plan then you would be charged on per seat basis. Teammates are invited from team invite panel. There can be multuple paid teams in the workspace
Can I sign up any other way without using my calendar?
By default, Krisp AI Meeting Assistant requires a Google or Outlook calendar connection during signup. This simplifies scheduling and ensures your meetings are captured reliably without bots.
For teams that prefer not to share calendar data, Krisp also provides a way to connect with
zero calendar permissions, giving you full control over what is shared. If you need to skip the calendar step during an internal validation or trial phase, please
contact our sales team and they will help you get started.
Do you have any volume discounts?
Yes! We offer volume discounts. If you’re buying a plan for more than 50 members,
please contact us
