Renewals Coordinator

As a Renewals Coordinator at Krisp, you’ll ensure the smooth handling of renewals and invoicing for some of our most important customers. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to guarantee a seamless customer experience while protecting revenue continuity. This role is pivotal in driving efficient operations, accurate billing, and proactive renewal management in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.

What you'll do
  • Manage and coordinate all customer renewals in the CX business line, monitoring timely invoicing and collection.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for renewal-related billing inquiries.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to align on upcoming renewals, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Track renewal timelines, proactively follow up with customers, and escalate risks to internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare renewal reports and forecasts for Finance and Sales leadership.
  • Support continuous process improvements in renewals to increase renewal rates.
What we are looking for
  • 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Revenue Operations.
  • Familiarity with subscription renewals and SaaS business model.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple renewals and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and customer interactions.
  • Proficiency with AR systems (e.g., Stripe, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to resolve discrepancies independently.
  • Comfortable thriving in a high-growth, international startup environment.
