As a key member of our world-class product team, you’ll tackle challenges in workplace collaboration, workflow integrations, business models, and more.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in research, engineering, data, design, finance, and legal to deliver best-in-class features and optimizations.

What you'll do
- Define product vision and strategy for AI meeting notes
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to build and optimize features
- Work with the design team to turn feature and improvement ideas into working prototypes that can be reviewed by the team
- Work with Engineering managers to divide feature development into impactful and data-measurable iterations and drive them to launch
- Build usage and performance charts in Amplitude
- Analyze user data and feedback to drive product improvements
- Personally go through our user flows continuously to identify areas for improvement
- Optimize user experience and product performance
- Prioritize features and product updates based on impact and value
- Work with all stakeholders and teams to align business models and compliance
- Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and trends
- Work with the marketing team to help improve user lifecycle communication and new feature launches
- Be very hands on.
What we are looking for
- BS degree or higher in a related technical field (Computer Science, Data Analytics, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Having a growth mindset and always striving to learn and improve
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
- Track record using data and user insights to prioritize and execute on the roadmap
- “Eye for design” ー building user-centric experiences in collaboration with designers
- A core understanding of marketing needs and concepts
- Being scrappy – can launch MVPs and iterate quickly based on learnings
- Entrepreneurial enthusiasm and grit, always willing to roll up your sleeves
- Solution-oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starte
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Caring deeply about teammates and actively working to uplift and improve the team and the team’s culture
- Understanding principles of what drives a team’s productivity.
