Technical Product Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Product Marketing Specialist to drive the growth of Krisp’s SDK business. This role blends product marketing and inbound sales activities to create impactful collateral, communicate our value to developers and customers, and support our inbound funnel. You’ll play a critical role in increasing adoption, positioning our technology competitively, and building strong early-stage customer relationships.

Krisp Voice SDK powers real-time communications for the worlds largest products around the world. Our customers include companies like Discord, Vonage, RingCentral, Twilio, Fixie, Daily, LiveKit, AirCall and many others. What you'll do

Create sales collateral and marketing documents tailored to SDK use cases.
Build and maintain core messaging frameworks and value propositions.
Conduct competitive research and positioning analysis.
Support and maintain technology evaluations for prospects and partners.
Assist in product launches by creating go-to-market materials.
Write technical blog posts, case studies, and white papers.
Represent Krisp at conferences and industry events.
Handle inbound inquiries from potential SDK customers.
Qualify leads, start conversations, and transition warm prospects to account executives.

What we are looking for

3+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or technical product support, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of software development and developer audiences; ability to translate technical features into customer value.
Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning.
Comfortable interacting with technical and business audiences, engaging with prospects.
Ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks, and move quickly in a startup environment.
