Product Designer, Web Customer Experience

Armenia
Hybrid

At Krisp, we treat our website as a core product – not just a marketing asset. It’s where first impressions are formed, stories are told, and visitors become users. We’re looking for a Product Designer focused on Website & Growth to lead the design of our web experience across three product lines.

You’ll help shape how Krisp is presented to the world – creating journeys that are both cohesive and tailored to the needs of different business personas. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing and Engineering teams to turn insight into high-impact design.

This role blends brand, UX, and product thinking – and offers a rare chance to treat the website as the high-leverage product it truly is.

What you'll do
  • Own the website as a product – Define and evolve our information architecture, UX flows, UI patterns, and visual language. Every page should feel purposeful and connected.
  • Design for outcomes – Map buyer & user personas to clear storylines. Optimize for activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Build web-based growth tools – Bring to life lightweight interactive tools (widgets, calculators, micro-apps) that deliver value and nudge users toward sign-up.
  • Create systems, not one-offs – Develop and scale a flexible design system that aligns website and product UI under a shared visual and UX language.
  • Measure, learn, iterate – Run A/B tests, deep-dive into GA4/Amplitude, synthesize qualitative feedback, and translate insights into rapid design improvements.
  • Pitch in on the core product – When bandwidth allows, collaborate with product-side designers to extend patterns and polish features. Your web learnings will influence in-app UX and vice-versa.

What we are looking for
  • 4+ years designing web or product experiences for SaaS, marketplaces, or consumer-grade B2B
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of UX strategy, information architecture, and visual storytelling
  • Deep appreciation for clean structure, narrative-driven UX, and exquisite UI craft
  • Growth mindset: comfort with ambiguity, bias toward experimentation, relentless focus on outcomes
  • Fluency in Figma and modern design-ops workflows
  • Experience building or extending a design system—tokens, components, documentation
  • Confident in conducting or leveraging both quantitative and qualitative user research to inform decisions
  • Passion for working on cross-functional squads with bias to action
  • Strong communication skills.
