    • Providing proactive insights from data to product teams to influence decision-making.
    • Responding to requests from product teams, delivering timely and actionable data insights.
  • Collaborate weekly with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide behavioral and product insights that support critical business decisions.
  • Act as the primary analytical resource for understanding user behavior, product engagement, and business performance for various departments.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and other teams to identify data gaps and define actionable analytics strategies.
  • Translate vague business requirements into detailed, actionable tasks for both yourself and the team.
  • Mentor and guide a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative environment focused on growth and continuous learning.
  • Ensure the team remains aligned with upcoming feature releases, business objectives, and organizational priorities.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to help team members achieve their goals.
  • Share knowledge and best practices to enhance behavioral and product analytics capabilities, raising awareness of potential pitfalls and driving innovation.

Role Emphasis:

  • 40% Leadership: Coaching and mentoring analysts, aligning team priorities with organizational goals, and driving a collaborative team culture.
  • 60% Individual Contributor (IC): Hands-on work in product and behavioral analytics, designing reports, dashboards, and solving complex business challenges with data-driven solutions.
