On December 1, 2025 the Court issued a procedural ruling in our litigation with Sanas. The ruling simply allows both sides’ claims to move forward into the discovery phase.
It’s important to emphasize what this ruling does not do: the ruling does not find that any of Sanas’ allegations against Krisp are true. At this early stage, courts are required to assume the plaintiff’s allegations are accurate purely for procedural purposes. As the case progresses, the actual evidence—not assumptions—will control the outcome.
The next phase of this litigation will involve a careful examination of the facts: what is—and is not—accurate about the claims being made. We welcome that process. Our technology, our research, and our product innovations are the result of years of independent development and the work of world-class scientists and engineers. We are confident in our position and look forward to demonstrating the integrity of our technology and our work.
Krisp’s mission remains the same: to deliver trusted, high-quality voice and audio solutions that empower people to communicate clearly and effectively. We’re grateful for the continued support from our customers and partners, and we remain committed to the transparency, reliability, and innovation you expect from us.
