Krisp’s AI Meeting Assistant enhances online meetings by eliminating noise, transcribing conversations, and generating AI-powered meeting notes, summaries and action items.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead key product marketing initiatives for Krisp’s AI Meeting Assistant business and contribute to go-to-market efforts. You’ll manage product messaging, positioning, and sales enablement while ensuring complex AI features are communicated in a clear and compelling way to users.

You’ll work with product, sales, and marketing to craft narratives, refine messaging across channels, and make Krisp’s value clear to users. If you’re strategic, creative, and passionate about AI-powered productivity tools, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll do
  • Plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Own product communication across the entire lifecycle, tailoring messaging for different audiences and marketing channels, including email, website, and in-app experiences.
  • Develop sales and marketing enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, and case studies to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine strategies.
  • Drive Krisp’s AI Meeting Assistant positioning and messaging to highlight differentiation and customer value.

What we are looking for
  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing at an international SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of product launches, sales enablement and go-to-market strategis.
  • Experience in crafting messaging and positioning that resonates across different stages of the customer journey.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing strategies, including email, website, paid campaigns, and in-app communication.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach—comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with execution.
  • Data-driven approach to messaging and positioning, with an understanding of customer insights and competitive analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI, productivity tools, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for AI-powered solutions.
