Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, understanding and escalating customer issues to Engineering and Product teams. Your role will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to the continuous improvement of our products.

What you'll do
  • Remotely troubleshoot issues related to Krisp application on Windows and Mac platforms with available resources & tools
  • Diagnose complex technical problems by analyzing logs, replicating issues, and using debugging tools
  • Clearly communicate technical solutions and updates to customers in a professional and understandable manner
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, CX and Sales teams to ensure commitments to customers are met
  • Contribute to the development of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Stay current with company products, services, changes, and updates
  • Be involved in QC sessions, knowledge base and documentation creation.

What we are looking for
  • 2+ years of technical support experience in B2B/B2C software industry
  • Strong written English skills (strong verbal English is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of Windows & Mac systems and Web infrastructures
  • Experience with Zendesk
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities and adaptability, attention to details and organizational skills
  • Knowledge on VDI & SSO technologies is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Readiness to work evening shifts.
