As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for the largest and most significant Krisp clients. You will work to expand within these accounts through strategic account campaigns, working alongside Customer Success and Marketing. You will be joining Krisp at a very pivotal moment in our history. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to accept challenges and execute a strong sales strategy. What you'll do
  • Manage and expand Krisp’s strategic enterprise book of business
  • Create an outbound sales process within the enterprise call center segment of Krisp’s business
  • Manage and land any inbound opportunities within Krisp’s enterprise segment
  • Operate as “the quarterback” for Krisp’s most strategic and opportunistic accounts, ensuring team alignment across the named accounts between Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Engineering
  • Formulate and execute expansion strategies for Krisp’s strategic accounts
  • Work with and align closely with Customer Success to ensure account health while creating new strategic relationships across target accounts
  • Work with and align closely with Customer Success to ensure the successful renewal of target accounts with an emphasis on expansion at the time of renewal
  • Successfully execute on any inbound leads in the Enterprise segment, building net new relationships that will be leveraged for future expansion
  • Be willing to take meetings and calls during off hours as required by customer and prospect accounts located internationally.
What we are looking for
  • 3+ years of sales closing experience
  • Driven and have met/exceeded direct sales goals of 1M+, operating with an average deal size of $50k+
  • Ability to prospect and generate your own pipeline, without reliance on inbound leads or Sales Development efforts
  • Experience working for an innovative SaaS company
  • Excellent external and internal communication skills, including, but not limited to, proper formatting, grammatical and spelling skills, and the ability to communicate effectively creating strong interpersonal relationships via live communication, chat, and email
  • Background and depth of experience in selling to BPOs (business process outsourcing) and call centers with a demonstrated understanding of complex BPO and call center accounts
  • Project management skills demonstrated via a background in sizeable strategic enterprise deals and an ability to articulate the deal cycle
  • Strategic sales skills, including the ability to think through enterprise accounts deeply and understand the best strategy to generate new expansion opportunities
  • Understanding of the differences in communication style across the hierarchies of large enterprises
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, even when processes are not fully defined
  • Cross-culture understanding and communication skills demonstrated by a strong background of international experience
  • Ability to forecast accurately and effectively.
  • Strong technical skills with an ability to communicate technical information legibly and clearly.
