Staff Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Staff-level Full Stack Engineer with over 7 years of hands-on experience in developing web applications. The ideal candidate is proactive, accountable, and possesses a strong sense of ownership. You will be responsible for designing and developing significant features for Krisp web products and back-office systems.

What you'll do

Design and implement large features for both front-end and back-end systems
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform business requirements into efficient solutions
Ensure high-quality, bug-free code
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure a seamless user experience
Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React and Node.js
Write unit, integration tests to maintain code quality and reliability
Monitor and analyze infrastructure availability
Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning
Stay current with industry trends and technologies to keep our solutions competitive.

What we are looking for

7+ years of full-stack development experience, focusing on React and Node.js
Extensive experience with AWS cloud services and architecture
Strong knowledge of MySQL, including database design and optimization
Experience with Redis
Understanding of Distributed systems
Proficient in browser APIs and interactive web application development
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Considered as a plus:

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with WebSocket applications
Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar message queue systems
Experience with ElasticSearch.
