The Director of Demand Generation will develop a comprehensive strategy to drive lead generation and demand for Krisp’s CX Voice AI solutions targeted at Enterprise call centers. This role involves planning and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing channels, creating engaging content, and analyzing key metrics for ongoing improvement. Collaboration with sales and customer success teams is essential to meet marketing and sales objectives. The ideal candidate should have over five years of B2B SaaS and Enterprise AI marketing experience, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with marketing automation tools. A solid understanding of the digital landscape in the Enterprise call center industry is also required.

What you'll do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive awareness, generate leads, and promote Krisp’s CX Voice AI solutions to target Enterprise call centers
  • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences and generate demand, including email marketing, webinars, content syndication, paid advertising, and social media marketing
  • Manage all digital marketing channels, including website, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
  • Create engaging and informative content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, webinars, infographics, videos) that showcases the value of Krisp’s CX Voice AI solutions for businesses
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and optimize for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure adequate lead handoff and alignment between marketing and sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in Enterprise call center space and relevant industries.
What we are looking for
  • At least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS and Enterprise AI products
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive marketing materials
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track, measure, and analyze marketing data to optimize campaign performance
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Ideally possesses previous experience marketing CX technology solutions to Enterprise call center decision-makers.
