Live Monitoring: real-time confidence across your fleet
Admins can now see the state of every device across their deployment, directly from the admin portal. Which devices are online, which are in active calls, which features are running, and where issues need attention. When something’s misconfigured or not working as expected, you see it while there’s still time to act.

Audit Logs: accountability built in
As teams scale and more admins manage the same environment, having a clear record of every action matters. Users added or removed, roles modified, call data accessed: these are routine actions, but they should always be traceable.
Audit Logs automatically records every key admin action in the portal, including who did it, what was affected, and when. No setup, no third-party tools.
For teams that need to enforce policies, investigate incidents, or maintain a clean operational record, it’s accountability that runs in the background without adding work.
