We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify new opportunities by engaging inbound leads, conducting outreach, and demonstrating Krisp’s value through product demos. This role is key to our growth, working closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging, identify target accounts, and convert prospects into opportunities. What you'll do
  • Qualify inbound leads and engage with potential customers to understand their needs.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, social media, and other channels to generate new opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct product demos to showcase Krisp’s value to prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and improve lead conversion.
  • Research and identify target accounts, mapping key decision-makers and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, tracking outreach, engagement, and pipeline progress.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor insights, and Krisp’s evolving product offerings.

What we are looking for
  • 1-3 years of experience as an SDR at an international SaaS company.
  • Experience using tools like Hubspot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to manage target prospect lists and inbound lead queues, converting leads to qualified meetings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in the identification and qualification of new leads.
  • Capability to learn Krisp solutions and adjacent solutions.
  • Enjoys collaborating with both the marketing and sales teams.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Thrives in an organizational environment that promotes initiative and independence.
