As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, tools, and systems. You’ll manage and streamline all sales operations functions, ensuring the team has the necessary technical infrastructure, data, and systems to hit sales targets efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of sales data, managing CRM and other sales tools, and providing key insights for improving sales performance.

What you'll do
  • Administer and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc), ensuring proper data input, system updates, data cleanliness and accuracy to support reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis, as well as the effective usage by the GTM (Go-to-Market) team
  • Implement and maintain new sales technology and processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Oversee the integration and optimization of sales tools (CRM, sales automation, prospecting tools) and ensure they are aligned with the GTM team’s needs
  • Collaborate with GTM, Finance, Engineering and other teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems
  • Develop regular reports and dashboards that monitor key sales and demand generation metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, sales pipeline health, sales cycles, etc.
  • Set up tracking mechanisms to measure individual and team performance and provide ongoing support to sales leadership for decision-making
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training programs for GTM team members, ensuring they are well-versed in CRM tools and processes
  • Identify opportunities for automation within the sales process, including lead routing, follow-ups, and reporting, to minimize manual tasks and maximize efficiency.

What we are looking for
  • BS degree or higher in a related technical field (Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, or similar roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data management (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), as well as sales enablement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.)
  • Experience with sales automation platforms and integrations (Zapier, Drift, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use tools such as Excel, Google Sheets
  • Comfort with tracking complex sales metrics and KPIs
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering and finance teams to ensure data and process alignment.
