We hope you had wonderful holidays and are ready to settle in for the new year. 2018 was a breakout year for Krisp, so let\u2019s wrap it up by looking back at some highlights of the past year together.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After developing <a href=\"https:\/\/krisp.ai\">Krisp<\/a> for a while, we&#8217;ve released it for <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/krisp.ai\/blog\/private-beta-launch-of-krisp-2\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">beta testing in August<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. And here are some of the numbers and highlights that have made our 2018 special.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>In less than 5 months Krisp has:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Helped thousands of users in<em> over 160 countries<\/em> to have stress-free calls and increase their productivity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cleaned over <em>5 millions<\/em> minutes of noise. That makes about 10 years of non-stop noise!\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Worked with more than <em>370 conferencing, messaging, streaming, gaming and podcasting apps.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trended on <em>Product Hunt, Hacker News, TechCrunch<\/em> and other platforms!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How Did All This Happen?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/krisp.ai\/blog\/private-beta-launch-of-krisp-2\/\">launch of private beta<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0for Mac we&#8217;ve welcomed thousands of our Beta Heroes who&#8217;ve joined us in battling the noise and making work more productive. After polishing the app, we\u2019ve <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">opened the public preview\u00a0<\/span>\u2014\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for everyone to try and have noise-free calls with Krisp. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Going forward, November was a fruitful month for Krisp. Interestingly, before we even announced the public preview, Krisp already became popular on major tech platforms. Like that we accidentally found <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Krisp trending on Hacker News<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and reaching the Top 3 position. Afterwards, Krisp was<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> featured on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.producthunt.com\/posts\/krisp\">Product Hunt<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, becoming #1 Product of the Day, #3 Product of the Week and #4 Product of the Month. Numerous mentions on social media and various media outlets have followed after this.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concluding the year, Krisp was <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2018\/12\/10\/krisp-reduces-noise-on-calls-using-machine-learning-and-its-coming-to-windows-soon\/\">featured on TechCrunch<\/a>! Here we speak not only about our technology, but also the backstory of Krisp and some future plans.
